Neil Adams

For 25 years Neil has held numerous senior roles and ownership in the manufacturing and services industry. He’s assisted in the development and production of architectural acoustic and thermal polyester insulation, timber and glazing products for some of Australia’s leading architects and builders. During this time, he played an integral part in the formation of PIMA (Polyester Insulation Manufacturers Assoc.) and foundational board member of the associated AIMA. He currently holds Directorship in 3 companies (inc Careforce Group) within the commercial facilities industry and is best known for his highly practical approach to organisational governance, product development and service delivery.
